ASCAP Overcomes Pandemic To Collect $1.327 Billion In 2020 Revenue

ASCAP Shatters Record.. Again
ASCAP overcame the unprecedented events of 2020 to continue its record-breaking revenue streak, collecting more than $1.327 billion in revenues, a $53 million increase over 2019.
2020 marked the sixth year of ASCAP’s strategic plan to transform its business and grow revenues. During the execution of the strategic plan from 2015 through 2020, ASCAP exceeded performance goals and drove revenues to a 6% compound annual growth rate and ASCAP distributions to a 7% compound annual growth rate.

Talos Energy announces fourth quarter and full year 2020 results

Talos Energy has announced its operational and financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2020. The Company also announced its year-end 2020 reserves figures as well as 2021 operational and financial guidance.
Key Highlights – Fourth Quarter 2020:
Production of 59.4 thousand barrels of oil equivalent per day ( MBoe/d ) net. Year-end production exit rate was over 71.0 MBoe/d net.
Net Loss of $430.7 million inclusive of $267.9 million in commodity price-related impairments, or $5.73 loss per diluted share, and Adjusted Net Loss
(1) of $31.2 million, or $0.41 adjusted loss per diluted share.
Adjusted EBITDA
(1) of $106.4 million, for an Adjusted EBITDA margin of over 60%.
US: 88 Energy provides operations update

88 Energy has provided the following update related to its operations in the NPR-A region of the North Slope of Alaska.
Highlights
well at 0338 on 10th March 2021 (AK time).
The Merlin-1 well will initially be drilled to 1,500’, then surface casing will be installed and the Blow Out Preventer system tested. This is expected to take approx. one week to execute.
The well will then be deepened through the target horizons in the Nanushuk Formation to a maximum total depth of 6,000’. Logging while drilling and mudlogging will provide initial indications as to the prospectivity of the well during this part of the operation, which is expected take three to five days. A sophisticated wireline logging suite will then be run, including sidewall cores and downhole sampling. Wireline logging is expected to take five to seven days.
